What is Deziworkz?

A never before store where you can design and customize products as per your needs. What you see online is only a small selection of items that we are doing in general. We would love to get your ideas, and help you translate these into products for your own stores or gifts.We manufacture, we procure, we distribute. We handpick from artisans.

Deziworkz is a new concept store started in 2013. We are adding more products and lines as we make them for you, from your ideas, and your requirements. Deziworkz is present at major retail fairs in Delhi. We are a wholesale- retail company, which firmly believes in a long term relationship rather than a sale.

Do you have any retail outlets?

Yes ,we have a retail outlet at D-78 Saket,Meerut,Uttar Pradesh-250110 or you can buy online from our site.

Can I order by e-mail?  

Yes. You can order by email.
Please send us following details in an email to info@deziworkz.in and we will place order on your behalf.
1. List of product IDs that you want to order. (Or list of Product URLs)
2. Your Shipping Address.
3. Your Phone Number.
If you want to pay by Credit Card – We will send you a payment link where you should be able to complete the payment. You don’t need to provide us with card details.
Does Deziworkz deliver internationally?

No,right now Deziworkz is delivering in India only but soon it will start delivering internationally also.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

How do I get damaged product replaced?

It is very unfortunate that you received a damaged product. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

In order to fix this issue at the earliest, kindly send us a snapshot/photo of the damaged item indicating the damage. Based on the kind of damage we can suggest resolutions for the same. Please provide us a picture within 24 hrs from time of delivery so that we can register the complaint after 24hrs it not be possible to register complaint .

Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement product is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned for every product. Usually, it takes somewhere between 5-8 business days. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days.

Can I change the shipping address?

You can only change the shipping address at the time of placing the order.However,once the order has been placed the address can’t be changed.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery(COD) option?

No,right now we are not offering Cash On Delivery (COD) option for payment.

Can I change or cancel order?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order as long as it is not yet delivered. To do so, please get in touch with our Deziworkz Team on +91 8171447878 or at info@deziworkz.in with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

What are your cancellation policies?

Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Deziworkz may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Deziworkz will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).

What are the refund policies?

What are the terms and conditions for online payment refund?

In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account. Refund will be done within 14 working days from the date of request of refund. For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days from the refund date to reflect into your account.

What are your warranty and liability terms?

We do not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. Deziworkz is not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.

What all personal information or data do you collect?

We may collect various information if you seek to place an order for a product to us on the Site. We collect, store and process your data for processing your purchase on the Site and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services. We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.

What measures do you take for credit check and fraud prevention?

We use standard and authorized payment services and our Credit Check and Fraud Prevention policies are aligned to these companies. All disputes would be handled by Meerut courts.

What security measures are taken by you for the collection of personal information on your site?

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the Site, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. You are strongly recommended not to send full credit or debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications with us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer.

Will my personal information be circulated anywhere from your site?

No,Deziworkz understands the importance of its customer’s privacy and doesn’t provide its data to any other source.
